Automotive Technical Examination Agent

A company is looking for a Technical Examination Agent STAR (Hybrid - Must live in the Detroit, MI Area) with automotive experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, creating cases in Cherwell and providing diagnostic direction to dealer technicians

Document all customer contacts and technical cases, ensuring clear documentation throughout the case lifecycle

Provide technical support to internal groups and communicate product issues to Quality, Engineering, and Technical Advisors as needed

Required Qualifications :

High School Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred)

Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) preferred

At least 3 years of automotive repair experience

2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine required

Basic PC software knowledge including Windows and keyboarding skills
