Salary : $65,000-$75,000 per year

Haven Home Health is seeking a compassionate and motivatedPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA)to join our growing home health team inCape Coral and the surrounding areas. This is afull-time positionproviding one-on-one patient care in the comfort of their homes.

As a PTA with Haven, you'll work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to carry out treatment plans and help patients regain their independence and mobility. If you're passionate about delivering quality care and making a difference in your community, wed love to hear from you!

Responsibilities :

Provide in-home physical therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

Assist in implementing care plans and therapy goals

Monitor patient progress and report changes to the PT and care team

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques

Ensure accurate documentation in accordance with home health regulations

Requirements :

Current Florida license as aPhysical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Previous experience inhome healthpreferred but not required

Strong communication and time management skills

Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
