Job Description
Join the rapidly growing Oracle Database Cloud team, which encompasses innovative solutions like Autonomous Database, Exadata, NoSQL, Blockchain, and GoldenGate. We are looking for a passionate and creative Lead Outbound Product Manager to drive the growth of our database cloud offerings globally. This role will focus on business development tactics, refining go-to-market programs, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance Oracle Database Cloud products and services.
At a strategic level, you will identify growth opportunities in the market and forge partnerships that align with our objectives. Tactically, you will work closely with internal teams including operations, product development, and sales to manage the product lifecycle effectively.
Your engagement with sales and business development teams will be crucial in recognizing and addressing barriers to the growth of Oracle Database Cloud.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with technology-focused Product Management teams to discern key differentiators and success factors for our offerings.
Partner with various stakeholders to commercialize and launch service enhancements.
Align messaging with the marketing team to communicate the core value proposition of our products and boost market engagement.
Work with regional sales teams to develop tailored sales strategies and provide training and support to enhance their efforts.
Enhance partner ecosystems by aligning Oracle Database Cloud offerings with partner go-to-market strategies through evangelization and support.
Conduct win-loss analyses with sales teams to refine our approaches and provide insights to executive and product teams.
Create compelling success stories, white papers, and training materials that showcase our offerings and empower our sales force.

The compensation range for this role is $82,500 to $199,500 per annum, with potential for bonus and equity opportunities.
