Trinity Medical, WNY, is seeking a full time Board Certified / Eligible Primary Care Physician in Buffalo, NY for our Sisters Health Center – D’Youville HUB location.

Annual salary range : $285,000+ productivity

Key Requirements

• B / C or B / E in Family or Internal Medicine
• Candidate must have current, unrestricted, New York State license or NYS Licensure in progress and active on date of hire
• The candidate must have current, unrestricted, federal, and as needed state prescriptive authority.
