Dermatopathologist Specialist

Integrated Dermatology Group, which is one of the nation's largest providers of dermatology services, has an opportunity for a Dermatopathologist for our lab, US Path Labs, located in Boca Raton, FL. We are seeking a Dermatology trained BE/BC Dermatopathologist. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, although current dermatopathology fellows are encouraged to apply. This is a full-time position, 4 days per week with 100 reads per day. Job Description Provide accurate and timely diagnosis of the presence and stage of disease from a tissue specimen, utilizing appropriate laboratory procedures. Confers with other physicians as needed. Takes the initiative to improve quality in the work place. Provides advice to referring physicians regarding the clinical significance of laboratory findings. Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information concerning patients, physicians, employees, clients, vendors, and the Company. Complies with all State, Federal, professional regulations as well as department rules, polices, and procedural manuals.
