What Your Job Will Be Like:
The Manager of Science and Engineering is expected to provide leadership and oversight for the department’s work. This will include leading multi-disciplinary high-performing teams in the development and delivery of fast paced flight systems that meet mission requirements, budget, and schedule. The manager is also expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with all the department’s customers and key suppliers, including the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) and the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL). In addition, the manger is expected to work in a collaborative manner with the 5410 management team. Staff recruitment and retention will also be a key component of success by helping drive innovation and differentiation in the solutions provided by this department.

Salary Range:
$149,700 - $254,400
*Salary range is estimated, and actual salary will be determined after consideration of the selected candidate's experience and qualifications, and application of any approved geographic salary differential.
