Position OverviewThe Analyst will play a key role in supporting the investment management and client reporting process. This position is responsible for preparing and delivering portfolio information to investment consultants, responding to ad hoc data requests, and supporting consultant-related initiatives such as requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires.
The Analyst will join an administrative team of four professionals that supports portfolio managers by delivering timely account data, market information, trade processing, and high-quality client materials.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly portfolio reports for investment consultants
Respond to ad hoc consultant inquiries with accurate and timely information
Assist with consultant requests for proposals (RFPs) and quarterly due diligence questionnaires
Support portfolio managers with account-level and market-related data
Process and support trade-related activities
Create monthly and quarterly account reports and client meeting presentation materials
Qualifications & Skills
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team player
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Experience with Advent Portfolio Exchange preferred
Solid mathematical aptitude and strong critical-thinking skills
Ability to clearly communicate information and ideas to team members
Comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a precision-driven environment
