Senior Corporate Governance Paralegal

A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Governance Paralegal, Project Management (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Manage the legal entity structure, including formation, mergers, and regulatory compliance

Draft and review subsidiary governance documents and complete regulatory filings

Administer technology platforms to support governance documentation and contribute to proxy statements

Required Qualifications

10+ years of corporate governance or entity management experience

Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach

Experience with legal research and governance issue resolution

Familiarity with technology platforms such as Diligent, SharePoint, and Workiva

Ability to partner with cross-functional teams on M&A transactions
