With a strong backlog of orders and ongoing investments in cutting-edge technology, this 13-person team runs over 20 machines —including 3-5 axis mills and lathes with live tooling —and is continuing to grow.

What You’ll Do :

You will own the process from programming to production , working directly at the machine using MasterCAM , setting up, and operating 3-axis mills . This is a hands-on role where your skill and precision directly impact the quality and delivery of every part.

Schedule :

1st Shift : Monday–Thursday, 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Friday : 7 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

Overtime available as needed

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate mill, lathe, and other machines as needed
• Program parts at the machine on MasterCAM
• Perform 1st article inspection
• Troubleshoot problems with the machine or program

Qualifications :

Experience setting up and operating 3 axis mills ( 5 axis and / or live tooling is a plus!)

Experience programming parts on MasterCAM

Knowledge of measuring tools (calipers, indicators, and the like)

Ability to read and understand drawings

Strong desire to learn and grow with the company!
