Camp Counselor

The South Barrington Park District is looking for energetic, fun, caring, and motivated individuals, 18 and over, for our Summer Camp Programs.

MUST be at least 18 years old or a graduating senior / incoming college freshman

Must possess a valid driver's license

Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certification (provided upon hire)

Must have the ability to solve problems as they arise

Must possess basic knowledge of a variety of age appropriate activities or skills applicable to camp assignment.

Has at least 2 years' experience working at a summer camp or in a similar setting

Hours :

Daily hourly schedule varies Monday-Friday between 8 : 30-4 : 30 based on program and staffing needs. Must be available for the full 10 weeks of camp, which is June 2nd until August 8th.( No camp 7 / 4) Must be available for 1 week of Camp training in May.

$200 bonus(contingent on completion of camp training and full 10 weeks)
