Medical Assistant

Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Front or Back Office Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, Medical Billers and Referral Coordinators that have experience in Internal Medicine, Family Practice or Pediatrics or Oncology. Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.

This position is temp to hire and is paying $19.00 - 22.00 per hour depending on experience. Candidates must have 6 months+ of experience in the medical field. Bi-lingual is a plus!

• Strong Knowledge of Immunization Schedule
• In Office Procedures and Labs
• Appointment Scheduling
• Check In / Check Out
• EMR Experience
• Referrals
• Billing
• Documents receipt assists with ensures completion of disability and other miscellaneous forms / letters in a timely manner.
• Daily review and processing of voicemails, reminders, and emails.
