Job Summary
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Collections Legal Assistant for a temporary, onsite position with our client in Vinings. This is a full time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of collections experience. Prior law firm experience is preferred but not required. Essential duties include:
Organizing and coordinating a high volume of collection matters
Communicating with debtors, clients, opposing counsel, and the court
Managing & calendaring a large number of litigation & collections deadlines
Drafting legal correspondence and documents including motion papers & complaints
Filing documents with court & county offices, & arranging for service of process
