Behavioral Health Provider (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW) - Telemedicine
Hourly Pay Rate: $70.00

Join our dynamic team as a Behavioral Health Provider delivering high-quality telehealth services to clients across California. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while making a meaningful impact on patients' mental health and well-being. As a vital part of our healthcare network, you will provide evidence-based therapy sessions, support diverse patient needs, and contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered approach to mental health care.

Required Skills:
  • Valid California license as LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW
  • Proven experience in providing mental health therapy or counseling via telehealth platforms
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency
  • Experience working with diverse populations or specialized mental health conditions
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Additional certifications in trauma, substance abuse, or other relevant areas

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in mental health services, preferably in a telehealth setting

Other Requirements:
  • California licensure is mandatory
  • Ability to work remotely with reliable internet connection
  • Willingness to adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations regarding telehealth services
  • Availability to work based on session scheduling needs

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $70.00, with benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, licensure and travel reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
