Responsibilities :

- Distribute materials and information to visitors as needed.
- Coordinate seating arrangements and assist guests in finding their designated areas.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and address guest concerns with a detail-oriented approach.
- Communicate effectively with leadership to relay guest-related updates or issues.
- Collect coats and personal items from guests and manage storage efficiently.
- Oversee the check-in process for visitors, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to reflect the company’s standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all guests feel valued and attended to.
- Prior experience in customer service or guest relations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
