Our client is looking for a Tax Analyst. This position is onsite located in Beverly Hills, CA.

  • Salary : $54,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities :

  • Review vendor information and ensure proper tax documentation is collected and maintained
  • Assist with preparation and reconciliation of various tax filings and reports
  • Monitor payments for withholding and reporting requirements
  • Partner with AP and other internal teams to maintain accurate vendor data
  • Help with audits, data reviews, and process improvement projects
  • Support ongoing compliance initiatives and special reporting needs

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts payable, vendor management, or tax compliance
  • Familiarity with vendor tax reporting and withholding requirements
  • Proficiency in Excel and strong attention to detail
  • Organized, analytical, and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
