Key Responsibilities
Build and grow a team of Business Development Representatives to maximize efficiency and support career growth
Define workflows and messaging standards to institutionalize outbound excellence and maximize connections
Exceed meeting and pipeline generation targets while advocating for necessary resources to boost productivity
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience leading BDR / SDR teams in a high-growth B2B SaaS or similar environment
Proven success in building and scaling a global BDR / SDR organization with 100% quota attainment
Deep understanding of modern prospecting technology and best practices
Experience with ABM-style outreach to Enterprise-sized organizations
Experience engaging with CHRO, CFO, and Benefit Leader personas is highly preferred
