As the Program Manager, you will provide overall leadership and direction for this highly visible program, ensuring the stability, modernization, and ongoing success of a system that plays a vital role in safeguarding communities across the country. / ppThis position is hybrid. Must be local to one of the following Peraton facilities : Melbourne, FL, Aurora, CO, Herndon, VA, San Antonio, TX, Houston, TX, Omaha, NE, Huntsville, AL, King of Prussia, PA, or Silver Spring, MD. Responsible for managing the cost and schedule requirements of a product line through all phases from proposal to product distribution. Ensures that all resources such as engineering, manpower, production, computer time, facilities and sales force are available to support the product line. Develops and / or implements techniques to track product line performance against goals. Work with customers to determine needs, requirements and new business opportunities. / ph3What Youll Do : / h3ulliServe as the overall lead for contract execution and the primary point of contact. / liliProvide leadership and oversight of all program activities including OM, modernization, transition, and mission assurance. / liliEnsure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Quality Assurance Plans (QAP), and program risk management. / liliDirect financial, staffing, and technical performance across all task areas. / liliEngage senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission objectives. / li / ulh3Qualifications / h3pRequired Qualifications : / pulli12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience / liliPMP certification. / liliExperience managing large Federal IT and OM contracts. / liliExperience using Agile principles to lead successful cloud migration efforts for mission critical systems / liliDemonstrated experience with mission-critical, high-availability enterprise systems. / liliAbility to Obtain and Maintain a Public Trust / li / ulpPreferred Qualifications : / pulliPrior experience supporting NOAA, NWS, or similar mission-critical weather / environmental IT systems. / liliBackground in cloud migration or large-scale IT modernization programs. / liliActive / Current Public Trust / li / ulpTarget Salary Range : $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
