Supporting Adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

ETTA's Supported Living Services (SLS) Department is Seeking :

→ Direct Support Professionals (DSP)

→ Caregivers

→ Independent Living Advocates

→ Supported Living Services (SLS) Staff

→ 1 : 1 Support Staff

→ Home Health Support Staff

→ DSPs

  • Caregiving and / or Behaviors Experience a Plus (not required)

EXPERIENCE

Some professional or personal experience supporting individuals with special needs (or related experience) is required. Successful applicants will have Home Health / Caregiving and / or Behaviors experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 21 years of age;
  • Must be a licensed driver for a minimum of three years;
  • Must have an insured vehicle with your name listed as an authorized driver;
  • Must be willing to drive with a client in your vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided);
  • Must be willing to perform "personal hygiene" tasks (including toileting assistance, if occasionally needed).

    • LOCATION

    Multiple job openings throughout the Greater Los Angeles Area (including L.A., the San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities).

    SCHEDULE (Availability Requirements)

    Must have open availability 6-7 days per week and be flexible to work any shift between 8 : 00 a.m. and 11 : 00 p.m., with occasional overnight shifts as needed. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

    HOURLY RATE OF PAY

    Starting rate is $20 per hour.
