Corporate Development Manager

A company is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to drive strategic focus and execute acquisition and investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Identify new acquisition opportunities and develop business cases for acquisitions, investments, and partnerships

Perform valuation analysis and financial modeling of potential acquisitions and support due diligence evaluations

Collaborate with the integration team and lead specific projects related to strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

3 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree

Experience in Investment Banking, Financial Services Advisory, Strategy Consulting, Venture Capital, or Corporate Development

Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting related to M&A

Understanding of the M&A process with an interest in technology

High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Suite
