POSITION : Production Foreman

SHIFT : Friday - Sunday, 4 : 30 am - 5 : 30 pm

REPORTS TO : Production Management

SUMMARY : The primary responsibility of this position is to oversee the coordination of production activities within the facility.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Carrying out production objectives while meeting strict quality control standards and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Production reporting : including efficiency, waste and time management.
• Able to generate reports from production reports.
• Employee training, identification of talent and areas for improvement
• Troubleshooting process issues and executing corrective actions.
• Successfully learn functionality and flow of production equipment and processes
• Liaising with other Supervisors and departments including Quality Control and Maintenance and warehouse.
• Supervise within a 24 / 7 operation, including nights and weekends.
• Other tasks as assigned.
