About This Role

In this role, you will be responsible for : Supporting the Human Resources team with ongoing and / or new projects. Assigned projects will support one or more of our HR center of excellence (talent acquisition, talent development, total rewards or HR operations) or with HR business partner work. Being involved in related business, meetings, and processes. Reporting on your experience at the completion of the intern assignment.

Qualifications

Qualifications : Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills, using Microsoft suite applications. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Can work independently, learn new tasks, identify and solve problems, meets deadlines and show a strong self-motivation and initiative.

Pay Range

For our intern program the pay ranges are determined by factors such as anticipated graduation year. Textron's compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. Benefits may include health insurance and prescription plan coverage, dental insurance, family building benefits, vision insurance, mental health resources, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and programs that provide employees time away from work. The pay range for this position is $22 - $25 per hour.
