Southern Home Services is rapidly growing, doubling in size over the last 12 months. Currently the company employs 1000+ employees and serves over 700,000 homeowners in twelve states across the South and Midwest United States.
The Regional Vice President sets company objectives, develops business strategies, conduct business, and staff performance evaluations, report to and participate in board meetings as well as manage your respective Region. To ensure success as a Regional Vice President, you will need to have a detailed understanding of operations, corporate structures, and business strategy. Successfully manage and expand organizational objectives and deliver long-term performance gains. This position reports to the COO.
