Support United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM)

SAIC is seeking qualified applicants in a diverse array of Intelligence, Engineering, and Training fields and locations to support the

• United States Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) contract
• expected in Fall 2024.

A majority of the opportunities are at INSCOM Headquarters (HQ), Fort Belvoir, VA, and at Fort Eisenhower, GA.

The core purpose of this Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Enterprise Task Order (TO) is to operationalize OSINT (taking the information gathered from open sources and using it in a practical and actionable way to support decision making, security and other objectives) for the Department of the Army and for the Intelligence Community including defense, civilian, and partner nation intelligence organizations. Execution of this TO will inform and implement Army policy as well as provide access to, training for, and management and oversight of enterprise-approved OSINT capabilities for the Army and the broader Intelligence Community.

• SAIC is seeking talented, qualified applicants in the following skills sets :
• Intelligence Analysis (particularly OSINT)
• Data Science
• Cyber Engineering
• Instructional Systems Design
• Technical Training and Training Analysis
• Software Engineering (particularly SharePoint)
• Qualifications
• EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
• Education and years of experience will vary based on position and customer requirements
• Related experience in Intelligence Analysis (OSINT is a plus) within the INSCOM domain
• Must be able to complete and pass a Drug Test as directed by INSCOM Contract requirements
• CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT :
• Active TS Clearance with SCI eligibility is required
