Accounts Payable

Job Description

The Accounts Payable Specialist ensures that all payables are reviewed for authenticity and accuracy and are processed for payment according to standardized procedures.

• Responsibilities include but not limited to :
• Reviews, receives and enters all invoices into ERP system database
• Prepares weekly disbursement file and accounts payable aging report.
• Clears ACH payments and wires.
• Processes checks.
• Maintains vendor records.
• Scans and files Accounts Payable invoices for archiving.
• Runs month-end reports and ties out Accounts Payable to the reports.
• Account analysis, including but not limited to all freight accounts.

Skills, knowledge, and abilities :

PAY DOE $22.00 to $25.00
