- Hourly Rate : $28-$32
- Location : Cambridge, MA
- Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (with On-call rotation)

Actively participate in all maintenance and repair activities while leading the teamOversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general property upkeepPerform and manage preventive maintenance across the propertySupervise staff and vendors, schedule work, and ensure compliance with safety protocolsManage inventory, supplies, and operating expensesRespond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies efficientlyEnsure timely unit turnovers and maintain a high standard of readinessExperience Required for Your Success
What We’re Looking For :
2+ years of residential property maintenance experience, with at least2 years supervising teams and vendorsStrong technical skills with a focus onpreventive maintenanceandproperty upkeepMust betech-savvyand comfortable using maintenance software and mobile work order systemsHVAC / EPA Universal Certification requiredStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsAvailable foremergency on-call rotationAtWingate Management Company, we’ve been helping build strong, thriving communities for nearly 60 years.
