Compensation Range : $120-145K

Job Description : Must Haves

7 years of performance marketing experience

Agency experience

Direct People Management experience || This role will have 2 SR Manager direct reports, who each have 3-4 Account Managers reporting to them

Hands-on managing 2-3 Client accounts oversight of Direct Reports accounts

Need operator experience – hands-on, in-platform experience – launching campaigns, building strategy, QA decks for the team.

Can be an operator in the following 3 areas :

(Priority) Paid Search / Social – Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Amazon, etc

Email Automation : SFDC, Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, etc

CMS –WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, etc

Utilization, ability to prioritize work based on ROI, Request Volume, etc

Experience working and assigned tasks through a PM role

Experience working with Enterprise, large & complex clients, ok to have a mix of client size

Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced agency, nimble, able to pivot and not too siloed in one focus area

Soft Skills : Polished, high EQ, can read a room. Good communicator, confident, strong ability to build rapport, lead conversations, client retention, long-term career stability, a mix of strategic while still being tactical. Hungry and action-oriented
