Data Collection Technician

Our client, a leading technology company, is seeking a Data Collection Technician to join their AR / VR Product Data Operations team. As a Data Collection Technician, you will be part of the AR / VR Product Data Operations team supporting cross-functional teams including project managers, stakeholders, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent people skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a self-motivated attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Data Collection Technician

Location : Onsite - Fremont, CA

Duration : 3 month contract, possible extension

Hours : 9 AM - 5 : 30 PM PST

Pay Range : $25 / hour

What's the Job?

• Conduct internal research studies, sourcing participants, guiding them through study procedures, and collecting data while maintaining confidentiality.
• Compose consistent reports, flagging identified trends and issues found throughout data collections.
• Drive project success by providing continual feedback for collection teams, both internal and external.
• Recruit internal participants through various recruitment practices.
• Support training and continual improvement of teams, conducting weekly QA audits, and authoring guidelines to promote clarity.
