Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Floor Presentation and Event Preparation

• Coordinates and facilitates proper staging and visual maintenance of merchandise, as well as the appropriate display of the Outlet floor to ensure appropriate daily showroom recovery and store readiness.
• Moves and assembles merchandise as needed (includes picture display, merchandise packaging, following load out procedures to customer, and unloading trucks).
• Works independently to insure proper visual appearance of showroom.
• Leads team in special projects and showroom floor reset.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in design or Equivalent preferred.

Experience

Prior experience of 3-5 years in visual merchandise (retail buying a plus) and / or equivalent combination of education and / or experience.

Essential Requirements

Work Environment

Travel Required : Occasional Percentage : 10 to 20%

Ability to work extended hours : Required

Demand / Frequency

Lift / Carry : Over 50lbs 1-6 Ft. Frequency : Frequent

Push / Pull : Over 50lbs 1-6 Ft. Frequency : Frequent
