Embedded Senior Physical Red Team Specialist

Control Risks is looking for an Embedded Senior Physical Red Team Specialist to support a Fortune 500 Tech Client's Red Teaming operation. This position will sit remotely, but due to the need for frequent travel (50%+) living within reasonable distance to a major airport is required (DC, SF, LA, Atlanta, etc.). Please indicate in your application which airport you can reasonably get to quickly and with short notice.

Role responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Conduct on site physical intrusion Red Team assessments to understand and test the client's physical security response plans.
• Conduct interviews with a wide array of security stakeholders to determine the operational security practices in place at each facility.
• Conduct covert assessments of the client's technical security infrastructure, including electronic access control systems, video surveillance systems, and communications networks.
• Ensure findings are collected and presented in a clear and consistent manner to facilitate reliable analysis across a high volume of sites.
• Provide clear and consistent recommendations regarding security policies and practices.
• Maintain technical proficiency in the security industry, sharing knowledge throughout the firm and enhancing the department's current document templates and methodology.
• Continuously enhance client relationships through consistent delivery of high-quality reports and professional presentation.
