Quality Manager
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client to find a full-time Quality Manager for their facility located in the Murfreesboro, TN area. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Leading the quality department and providing leadership to inspectors, technicians, and engineers
- Developing and managing departmental budget and P&L accountability
- Monitoring and reporting on performance metrics and process improvements
- Driving scrap reduction, root cause analysis, and corrective action initiatives
- Maintaining strong customer relationships and following up on quality concerns
- Overseeing internal audits and ensuring compliance with IATF standards
- Providing support to the company's other regional sites when needed
