HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient clinic in Decatur, IL. The role offers a flexible schedule, minimal on-call requirements, and a supportive work environment with dedicated staff. Competitive compensation includes a sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and generous leave policies.

HSHS Medical Group is recruiting a BC / BE Primary Care Physician for our Family & Internal Medicine Clinic in Decatur, IL. HSHS Medical Group works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System.

Practice Highlights

  • Well established, growing practice
  • 100% Outpatient Practice
  • Monday-Friday weekly schedule with an option of a 4 or 5 day work week
  • Minimal call through 1 : 7 group shared call
  • Dedicated support staff provided
  • EPIC EMR

Position Requirements

  • Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
  • Board Certified or Board Eligibility

    • Compensation & Benefits Package

  • 2 year base guarantee
  • Sign-On bonus, housing incentive, and relocation assistance all available
  • Residency stipends available for those still finishing residency
  • 20 days off + 6 holidays per year
  • 1 extra day off is earned each year of service until 10 extra days have been earned with 10 years of service, which would give a total of 30 days off + 6 holidays
  • CME Reimbursement + days available per fiscal year
  • Opportunities to earn productivity and quality bonuses
