A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant II to provide internal administrative support to the credentialing team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support functions, including managing a high-volume email box and processing credentialing applications
Coordinate administrative staff workload and provide daily assignments
Train new administrative staff and evaluate processes for productivity improvements
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in an administrative support function
Typing ability of 50 wpm net
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of provider credentialing is desired
