Construction Superintendent

A well-established commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their growing Houston team. This role is ideal for a superintendent with proven experience leading ground-up Fire Stations and Churches , typically in the $10M–$20M project range , with exposure to municipal, education, and general commercial / industrial work.

Superintendent Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite operations from mobilization through project closeout
• Oversee ground-up construction projects in active public and commercial environments
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics
• Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and schedule adherence
• Work closely with Project Managers to maintain budgets and production goals
• Lead subcontractor meetings and daily site walks
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documents
• Interface with owners, inspectors, and municipal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation
