Acquiring Skills is currently seeking a passionate, energetic, motivated BCBAs who want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special needs and their families. All of our services are community based which offers great flexibility and independence.

We pride ourselves in giving appropriate caseloads to our BCBA's so that they can provide adequate and ethical supervision to all RBT's, clients and families.

We currently have part-time or full-time positions open and all of our BCBA's create their own schedules. Choose from W2 Employee or 1099 Subcontractor positions within our company.

We are completely community based as we believe ABA is most effective when provided in the natural environment. We service clients from Miami up to Jupiter, FL in school, home and community locations. Our goal is to maintain a very attentive and personalized relationship with each of our clients / families as well as our team of BCBAs and RBTs / ABA Therapists. We are always a call or text away!
