Key Responsibilities

Administer Salesforce, including configuration, data entry, and user support

Promote a data-driven culture through training, documentation, and support for staff

Oversee external data collection processes and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce

Required Qualifications

3+ years of professional experience, including 1+ year of Salesforce experience

Understanding of Salesforce capabilities, including security controls and process automation tools

Experience with project management tools like Monday.com or ClickUp preferred

Familiarity with FormAssembly and its Salesforce connectors preferred

Formal Salesforce certifications preferred but not required
