Unit Profiles : The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location, number of beds, patient rations, and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile. I have also included a sample of a completed profile for your reference. Please utilize the formatting Data Collection : Unit Information : (insert name) Location : Riverside Community Hospital Address : 4445 Magnolia Avenue Floor : Imaging Building : Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds - Number of Staff Type of staff : o Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) o Night Shift - Patient Ratios Type of equipment - EMR - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
