Salary : $86,800 - 165,200 per year
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience needed
- Proficiency in developing test plans and verifying requirements
- Background in development and production / sustainment programs
- Experience with electro-optical sensing systems and missile architecture and design
- Familiarity with defense technology acquisition practices
- Understanding of military tactics, techniques, and procedures, particularly from a US Army perspective
- Knowledge of import and export regulations related to defense technologies
- Experience in cost and schedule management as a team lead
- Proficiency in adjacent technical fields like software and hardware engineering, subsystem integration, and testing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially technical writing
- Proficient with requirements management tools such as DOORS
- Experience with configuration management tools like Windchill and document release processes
Responsibilities :
Lead technical conversations and develop action plans utilizing Subject Matter Experts across various engineering domainsOversee Javelin System requirements and manage verification evidence, including change control and delta qualification testsCollaborate closely with fellow systems engineers and engage with other engineering functions to craft effective solutionsConsult with the Lead Systems Engineer and Test Architect to ensure system requirements are well-represented in Verification Cross Reference Matrices and supported by appropriate verification evidenceCommunicate project updates and product statuses to both internal and external stakeholders, influencing decisions for optimal program valuePrepare and submit contract data items aligned with documentation standards specified in contractsUphold the principles of The Doctrine of Completed Staff Work while embodying our values of collaboration and agilityTechnologies :
