Front Desk Services Representative

This position is responsible for answering the front desk phone, greeting visitors, checking students in and out, and handling all tasks related to the front desk. Schedule as follows:

Wednesday 2:00pm-10:30pm, Thursday 2:30pm-7pm, and Sunday 2:00pm-10:30pm

* Education: High School Diploma

* Experience: 1 year of job related work experience.

* Communication Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.

* Math Skills: Minimum Skills: Ability to add and subtract and to multiply and divide.

* Reasoning: Basic Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables and standardized situations.

* First Aid, CPR, & AED Certification.
