Retail Sales Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of retail sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
• Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing training to ensure team members reach their full potential
• Oversee daily operations on the sales floor, including opening and closing procedures
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growth
• Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution
• Maintain a thorough understanding of products, promotions, and industry trends to effectively assist customers and drive sales

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail POS systems
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
