Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Chief Growth Officer to define and translate strategic priorities into clear plans

Manage the operating rhythm for the Growth organization, including planning and KPI tracking

Lead initiatives requiring alignment across various teams and maintain visibility into active initiatives

Required Qualifications

8 to 12 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or a Chief of Staff role

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with metrics and data

Experience preparing materials for senior audiences

Adaptability to operate in a dynamic start-up environment
