[job_card.job_description]We are specifically looking for no less than 5+ years recent hands-on Azure DevOps pipeline development experience, and no less than 5+ years fulltime agile (SAFe preferably) methodology experience. Other useful skills include strong familiarity with Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF), good experience with Terraform, strong experience with writing Azure DevOps pipelines with either YAML or python, familiarity with Azure GovCloud regions, Federal govt Zero-Trust security architecture, and strong familiarity with the numerous Azure platforms and infrastructure resources available.

Job Description :
- A Software Development Engineer specializing in Azure DevOps pipeline development designs, develops, tests, installs, and maintains DevOps systems, applications, networks, and / or telecom and related processes to meet the functional objectives of the business.
- Assesses system, application, network, and / or telecom needs, provides modeling and simulation consulting to clarify client technology functionality, and evaluates and implement new advanced technologies. Ensures adherence to established technology standards and consults with senior leadership on technology solutions.
- Supports existing systems and is responsible for leading technical aspects of a project.
- Responsible for assigning resources and delegating tasks to meet project deliverables.
