Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills lathes or grinders according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and G-code programs.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers micrometers gauges) to ensure quality.
• Adjust machine offsets tooling and programming to maintain part accuracy and surface finish.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic machine alarms tool wear issues or operational problems.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished components efficiently and safely.
