Work activities :

• Informatica 8.1.1 (current)
• Backup the Informatica version 8.1.1 Repository.
• Set up test server
• Use image production server to establish test server.
• Create informatica mappings on cloud platform.
• Cleanup on IDMC server.
• Incorporate all current sequence ids from Production into Test Repository.
• Creation of the meta data on the IDMC server.
• Verify the Migrated Repository

Required Skills :

Knowledge of Informatica PowerCenter. Experience in Informatica PowerCenter upgrade migration. Experience in Informatica PowerCenter software installation - Multiple versions. Ability to spec out hardware requirements. Experience in developing ETL processes end-to-end in Informatica. Knowledge of data modeling transformations Mappings Workflows. Ability to apply best practices to ETL development testing scheduling and monitoring. Knowledge of SQL (standard). Ability to provide training to the Citys Informatica PowerCenter administrator / developers(s).
