Skills & Abilities
- Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed
- Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs
- Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
- Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
- Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
- Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress
- Performs other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
