Director of Hardware Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Hardware Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the team responsible for successful hardware launches, focusing on cost, resilience, and supply chain enablement

Collaborate with Hardware & Operations team members to maintain schedules and ensure successful ramp to mass production

Manage relationships with external joint development manufacturers (JDMs) and oversee business management systems

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in hardware sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or a related field

Proven experience managing new product launches within an operations organization

Established people / team management skills with emerging organizational leadership skills

Experience building long-term relationships with key customers and guiding solution delivery

Ability to plan strategy and roadmap for the next 1-2 years beyond one's own team
