Responsibilities

• Support your assigned team with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas
• Help prepare project documentation and reports
• Shadow experienced professionals to learn about different trades
• Conduct research on construction best practices and new technologies
• Assist in organizing project files and data management tasks

Requirements

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of construction principles and terminology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for the construction industry

*NTI operates in partnership with two sister companies, Maryland Applicators LLC and Tricore Systems LLC. Interns may be placed in any one of those entities based on need.
