What Youll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch customers and teammates
  • Maintain accurate delivery documentation and follow all safety protocols
  • Support plant operations when needed to ensure smooth workflow

  • Strong focus on safety reliability and teamwork
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced physically active environments
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and adapt to changing job-site needs

    • Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug / alcohol screen and background check
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

    • Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
