DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST – Network File & Folder Organization Project

CONTRACT $30-35 / HOUR – 2-3 MONTHS

About the Role :

Imprimis Group is seeking a detail-oriented contractor to lead a short-term Contract Data Management project focused on organizing and optimizing a finance team’s digital file environment. This role involves auditing existing network folders, streamlining data storage, and implementing a logical, user-friendly structure that supports financial workflows.

If you have a background in IT support, data management, or knowledge organization—and you understand the nuances of financial documentation—you’ll find this project both impactful and rewarding.

Key Responsibilities :

• Audit and map the current file and folder structure.
• Identify redundancies, outdated documents, and inconsistencies.
• Develop and implement a standardized hierarchy tailored to Finance operations.
• Apply consistent file-naming conventions and permissions for data security.
• Deliver clear documentation and best-practice guidelines for ongoing use.
