Your Impact :

Join a small, scrappy team driving Form Now , our new print-on-demand service that brings professional 3D printing to customers faster and more affordably than ever. As a Software Engineer, you’ll build and scale our custom Manufacturing Execution System (MES), which keeps our factory running efficiently and automatically. You’ll design and improve the software that powers our production line, solve complex technical challenges, and play a key role in launching a new class of 3D printing at scale.

What You’ll Do :

• Develop and implement core software features for the Form Now print-on-demand service.
• Architect and build the next generation of factory software, including our custom Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Create robust backend code using Python / Django, and user-facing frontend code with Next.js and React.js.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with factory operators, product managers, and leadership to define and deliver new features and integrations.
• Take full ownership of your projects, from initial scoping and development to testing, implementation, and ongoing support.
• Maintain and improve our existing codebase, ensuring reliability and scalability in a production environment.

At Formlabs, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $110,000 to 145,000 and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location and expected impact on the organization.
