Cruise & Vacation Specialist

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Cruise & Vacation Specialist to join our remote travel team. In this role, you will help clients plan, book, and enjoy unforgettable cruise vacations and leisure travel experiences. Key Responsibilities :

Client Consultation : Engage with clients via phone, email, or video to understand their cruise and vacation preferences, budgets, and special needs.

Tailored Itinerary Planning : Create customized cruise and vacation packages that include stateroom selection, shore excursions, transfers, and pre / post-cruise accommodations.

Booking Management : Handle all cruise and travel reservations using supplier platforms and booking systems.

Customer Support : Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel, addressing questions, changes, and any travel-related issues.

Promote Upgrades & Add-Ons : Recommend cabin upgrades, travel insurance, dining packages, and excursions to enhance client experiences and increase revenue.

Stay Current : Keep informed about cruise lines’ policies, promotions, new itineraries, and travel advisories.

Recordkeeping : Maintain accurate client records, payments, and booking confirmations.

Relationship Building : Develop lasting client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Qualifications :

Experience or strong interest in cruises and leisure travel is preferred.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.

Proficient with travel booking systems or eager to learn.

Passion for travel and delivering memorable client experiences.

Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
